my family and i just stayed at the w for 2 nights, and it was fantastic! the bed was super comfy, and the skyline views from our upper-floor suite were incredible. we loved the outdoor heated pool on the 7th floor, which was perfect for the kids. thanks to tiffany from the front desk for all her help and tips on local dining!

I recently enjoyed a 4-night stay in a Wonderful Guest room with 1 King bed. The location in the city center was fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, and the rooftop pool provided breathtaking views of the skyline. The staff were exceptionally friendly, particularly Jen in the lounge, who made our experience even better. However, I found the check-in process a bit disorganized, which could use some improvement.
